| Santa Monica Shooting Victims Fund On Friday, June 7th, six people -- including the gunman, 24-year-old John Zawahri, -- were killed after a wild shooting rampage through the streets of Santa Monica that ended at Santa Monica College, police said.  The victims are the shooter's father, Samir Zawahri, 55, and brother, Chris Zawahri, 25, Carlos Navarro Franco, 68 and his daughter, Marcela Franco, 26 and Margarita Gomez, 68.
